These terms govern your use of this website and the services provided by Rosewood Ltd, registered at 48 Heath Street, Hampstead, London NW3 6TE.

Our services

We provide NHS and private pharmacy services in accordance with our GPhC registration (premises 1234567). All clinical decisions are made by our pharmacists.

Bookings

Online bookings are confirmations of intent; we may contact you to reschedule if clinically appropriate. Please give 24 hours’ notice to cancel.

Payment

Private services are payable on the day. NHS-funded services are free at the point of delivery for eligible patients.

Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death or personal injury arising from our negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
